Enjoy refined user interface (UI) dialogs and palette behavior for both Mac and Windows, along with a sleeker, more intuitive AI Visualizer — including dark mode, a streamlined interface with tool tips and disclosure groups to reduce clutter, and improved image quality.

Rendering and performance are faster for everyone. Core workflows like Worksheet editing and Data Tags are also improved, no matter your discipline. Architect customers get targeted improvements with Update 2. Experience refined Door and Window Assemblies — in both 2D and 3D — with style parameter updates and more intelligent geometry solutions.

Past and present versions of Revit are supported, up to and including the most current Revit 2026, allowing you to stay up to date with your collaborators.

FOR ARCHITECT AND LANDMARK CUSTOMERS

Update 2 elevates workflows for designers using both Architect and Landmark.

Site model exports to IFC remove unnecessary display contours in advance, resulting in cleaner geometry. Section viewports are rendered more clearly, removing accidental obstructions. Hardscape editing and graphics in legends are smoother and more predictable. Tree object management is simplified so you can adjust properties and batch edit with confidence. You’ll also find Plant styles update accurately across all locations.

These improvements combine with architectural fixes for reliable assemblies and data tags, streamlining projects from concept through completion.

FOR LANDMARK CUSTOMERS

If you’re using Landmark, you’ll enjoy focused development in Update 2, such as plant and tree management being easier and more accurate.

Height and elevation values now update more smoothly — in the model and in the Object Info Palette — and batch editing is back for existing trees. The Plant Style Manager now features natural sorting and better catalog synchronization. Hardscape attributes and graphics in legends have been refined, while site model exports to IFC and section viewports have been further streamlined.

These enhancements provide you with confidence in presentation and deliverables from ideation to handoff.

FOR SPOTLIGHT CUSTOMERS

Spotlight sees continuous improvement with Update 2 with streamlined Cable tools, refined schematic naming, and seamless handling of cable breaks and power calculations.

LED Video Wall tools now offer more intuitive stacking for curved walls, panel dimensions, and general placement. Hanging position tools ensure attached objects stay correctly grouped, while bridle data handling and synchronization are enhanced for cable objects. Copying and moving truss systems keeps devices properly positioned, saving time.

All updates are designed to make entertainment and event planning smoother, more consistent, and error-free.

NEW ADDITIONS TO RESOURCE LIBRARIES

Update 2 also delivers some exciting new content to your resource libraries.

You’ll find new architecture and landscape manufacturer content from Duravit Sanitaryware, museum lighting from Luxam, and site furniture from Green Theory.
