Vectorworks 2027 Update 1 supports the latest version of Maxon Redshift for Vectorworks. The dedicated rendering application brings real-time visualization directly into your design workflow, helping you preview, refine, and render architectural models as your designs evolve. Physically accurate lighting, shadows, and materials respond in real time, supporting faster decisions, smoother design exploration, and immersive client presentations.
Available as a standalone product from Maxon, Redshift for Vectorworks lets designers with a Redshift license access the integration from within Vectorworks and send active scenes to Redshift for real-time rendering. Rather than relying on a traditional export-based workflow, Redshift maintains live synchronization with the Vectorworks model, keeping design development and visualization connected.
Update 1 introduces improved hardscape worksheets for both Vectorworks Landmark and Vectorworks Architect, giving more designers access to these reporting resources. New Plant worksheets in Landmark also take advantage of the software’s new Plant data features, extending how you can use that information in your project documentation.
Together, these worksheet updates offer additional ways to bring the information in your design into your reporting workflow.
