A NOTE FROM THE CEO |

May is a busy month for us on the trade show circuit, which gives us many great opportunities to meet up with our users and share some of our latest happenings with you in person. The 2007 AIA National Convention in San Antonio earlier this month was one such opportunity. Events like these also give our users the chance to showcase their work. We were fortunate to have on hand at our booth several of our users to demonstrate the power of VectorWorks Architect in the context of their work. Nathan Kipnis Architects Inc. out of Chicago and Austin VectorWorks user group leader Francois Levy presented green projects they completed using VectorWorks. And San Antonio’s Seidel + Associates Inc. showcased several recent projects, as well. A first for us at this year’s conference was a happy hour honoring our award-winning VectorWorks users. The event was well attended, and we thank everyone for stopping by. Incidentally, our booth was right next to Autodesk’s booth, which gave us the fortuitous opportunity to attract some AutoCAD attendees who were entertaining making a switch and introduce them to VectorWorks. We look forward to catching up with you at future events and welcome hearing from those of you who might be interested in being a VectorWorks guest speaker at a particular event. Please contact Jeremy Powell if you’re interested. | ||
