Notable and Quotable:
"The ability to engage customers and distributors in the development of the product is one of our key strengths. Vectorworks software is really a product by and for our customers and, because of the open communication our developers have with our users, we are more approachable than other vendors."

"Converting successfully from a founder-run company to professional management inside a German holding company is a big accomplishment. We’ve managed to maintain the entrepreneurial spirit while transforming the company’s structure."

Sean is proud of cultivating a culture of personal empowerment at Nemetschek Vectorworks, where all employees have a voice and the ability to do their jobs as best they can.

Personal Interests:
Outside of Nemetschek Vectorworks, Sean's life is very family-focused. He and his wife have three children, whom they're raising in downtown Washington, DC. His meetings with many Vectorworks Landmark customers have turned him into and avid gardener and, on weekends, you can often find him and his wife in the garden implementing a plan designed by customer Elin Haaga Landscape Gardens.

Sean plays soccer for an indoor league. He is also an avid cyclist and rides a Bacchetta recumbent bike.

He has a love of history and photography, and takes advantage of opportunities to explore these interests through his trips to abroad to meet with customers and distributors.
